Know someone who wants to get started with yoga? Want a refresher? Join Diane for four Tuesdays of Yoga Basics from 7:00 to 8:15 PM at our studio downtown.
The first class introduces Iyengar yoga with a focus on standing poses.
*The second class continues the study of standing poses, adding standing twists.
*The third class progresses to seated poses and forward extensions.
*The fourth class includes an introduction to inversions and restorative poses.
At the end of the session we will start at the beginning again.
You'll receive the best overall experience by committing to the entire four-part series, but you are also welcome to sign up for individual classes. Continuing students are welcome to drop in. Cost is $15.50 per class.
