Yoga Basics Four Week Series


Know someone who wants to get started with yoga? Want a refresher? Join Diane for four Tuesdays of Yoga Basics from 7:00 to 8:15 PM at our studio downtown.

  • The first class introduces Iyengar yoga with a focus on standing poses.

  • *The second class continues the study of standing poses, adding standing twists.

  • *The third class progresses to seated poses and forward extensions.

  • *The fourth class includes an introduction to inversions and restorative poses.

  • At the end of the session we will start at the beginning again.

You'll receive the best overall experience by committing to the entire four-part series, but you are also welcome to sign up for individual classes. Continuing students are welcome to drop in. Cost is $15.50 per class.
