The city Alley Rehabilitation Project begins July 8, and should last through August 5. This means we can’t use our back door! You can park in the parking garage and walk around from the New Hampshire Street exit, or in the free Vermont Street lot, cutting through one of the Massachusetts St. businesses, or on Massachusetts St. itself (free before 9 and after 5 Monday-Saturday, and all day Sunday).
Join Diane on Sundays at 4:00 for Iyengar Basics/Level 1. This is for continuing basics students, and those more advanced students who would like a refresher.
We’ll work on all the families of yoga poses. You'll continue to develop consistency and continuity in your practice - keystones for increased awareness and sensitivity in your day to day life.
Unlike the Basics classes, which are taught as a series, this is an ongoing weekly class. Sign up using any of the regular single or multiclass passes.
In this workshop you’ll learn ways to open, stretch, and calm your aching hands and wrists. We’ll work on modifications to regular yoga poses to help you get the greatest benefit from classes and home practice.

Join Cindy Novelo for this sacred candlelight practice to release and let go…
The end of the year is a powerful time for reflection and release. A time to look back and review the year - and to let go of all that no longer serves us. All that we have experienced this year is held in the body. So if we truly want to release any blocks - as well as accumulated stress and tension from this challenging year - we must do so through the body.
This practice will begin with a brief guided letting go meditation, then move into a beautiful release flow practice, and will end with Tibetan singing bowls and resonant viola music for our final resting pose - to help us prepare for the coming year in a meaningful and powerful way.
Let us gather together in practice so that we might step into the New Year with greater clarity and light.
All bodies and levels of experience welcome. Class fee is $14. Sign up now!

The second week continues the study of the standing poses, including standing twists. In the third week, we progress to seated poses and forward extensions. The fourth week includes an intro to inversions and restorative poses.
Each class can stand alone, but committing to the entire series will provide the best overall experience. Individual classes are $15.50 each, or buy a four-week pass for $54.
