Join Anne at 6:00 on Wednesday evenings for this eight-week series beginning January 8.

The series will introduce you to all the families of yoga poses. You'll develop consistency and continuity in your practice - keystones for increased awareness and sensitivity in your day to day life.

No experience necessary. Great if you're a beginner or if you just need a yoga refresher!

Cost for the full series is $104. You may also use a regular class pass for individual classes.
