Introduction to Pranayama Workshop, taught by Mary, will be on Saturday, December 18 from 1:00-2:30 pm. $16.50 at the door, or you may use your regular class pass. Six months of asana experience is required.
Pranayama is the fourth limb of yoga, the practice of deepening, lengthening, and directing breath. In this workshop we will practice breathing awareness and learn specific methods of yoga breathing. Join us to learn more about this deeply peaceful internal practice.

COVID note
Please wear your mask into the studio until you sit down on your mat, and put it back on as you get up to leave. Our studio is large enough that we can safely practice without masks, but of course you are free to keep it on throughout.
