Do you find yourself avoiding some yoga poses to protect your hands?
In this workshop you’ll learn ways to open, stretch, and calm your aching hands and wrists. We’ll work on modifications to regular yoga poses to help you get the greatest benefit from classes and home practice.
Join Mary for a calming and renewing class from 1:00 - 2:30 pm on Saturday, March 9.
